First, aku dapat cek blood glocose aku sendiri. reading 4.6. Alhamdulillah. It releived my suspension before this. ku pernah mendiagnos diri aku macam ada diabetes. Sebab apa? Sebab aku ada simptom suka nak makan manis, nocturia, peripheral neuropathy. Sekarang aku dah pakai spec and pernah aku terfikir adakah sebab retinal problem due to diabetes. But blury not happen when I wear spec. So that simptom out lah. But proved today Im free of diabetes! Alhamdulillah!!!
Second, I test my Hb level. Low weh. 10.1. Normal should be more than 11. ???
Nurse kata mungkin normal kot. But it make me to thing more. Am I have any symptoms of anemia? Macam ada. Hahaha. Jeng jeng jeng. Jom explore. Baca davidson how to diagnose anemia???
